Curious Minds Learning Groups

Learning is often enriched through connection and collaboration. Small group tutoring provides students with the opportunity to learn alongside peers, share ideas, and engage in meaningful discussions. Research shows that collaborative learning can increase engagement, deepen understanding, and strengthen long-term retention of skills and concepts.

Over the years, I have seen students thrive in small group settings as they discover their unique strengths and contribute to the learning of others. Group members naturally step into leadership and “expert” roles, building confidence, communication skills, empathy, and a sense of belonging.

Groups are thoughtfully formed based on age and learning goals, with approximately six students being an ideal size for meaningful participation and individualized attention.

Small group tutoring is an excellent option for homeschool families and learning pods looking to combine resources while creating a rich educational experience for their children. Group rates vary based on the number of students, often resulting in savings of approximately $20 or more per hour per student compared to individual tutoring.
